2. What data we collect
We collect personal data only when you voluntarily submit one of our enquiry or booking forms. The data collected includes:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Event details you provide (date, occasion, guest numbers, notes)
We do not collect payment information. We do not use tracking pixels or advertising cookies.
3. How we use your data
Data submitted via our forms is used solely to respond to your enquiry or booking request. We do not use your data for marketing, share it with third parties for advertising, or sell it.
The legal basis for processing is legitimate interest — specifically, responding to a direct enquiry you have initiated with us.
4. Email delivery processor
Form submissions are delivered to us via Resend (resend.com), an email delivery service. Resend processes your data as a data processor on our behalf under a data processing agreement. Your data is not used by Resend for any purpose other than delivery of your message to us.
5. Cookies
This website uses functional cookies only, managed via CookieYes. We do not set advertising or analytics cookies without your consent. You can manage or withdraw your cookie consent at any time using the cookie settings link in the footer.
6. Data retention
Emails received via our booking forms are retained for up to 12 months, after which they are deleted. We do not maintain a separate database of customer enquiries.
7. Your rights (GDPR)
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Acts 1988–2018, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request erasure of your data
- Object to processing
- Request data portability
