1. About this site

This website is operated by The Bohemian Bar, 66 Phibsborough Road, Dublin 7, Ireland. By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Age policy

The Bohemian Bar is a licensed premises. Alcohol is served to persons aged 18 and over only. Children are welcome on the premises when accompanied by an adult, until 7:00pm. After 7pm, no persons under 18 are permitted on the premises. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time.

3. Bookings and enquiries

Submitting an enquiry or booking form via this website does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is only confirmed when you receive written confirmation from us by email or phone.

We endeavour to respond to all enquiries within one business day. Availability is subject to change until confirmation is issued.

4. Events and programme

All events listed on this website are subject to change or cancellation without notice. We make every effort to keep information current, but we accept no liability for changes to the events schedule. For the most up-to-date information, contact us directly or follow us on Instagram.

5. Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers are available for purchase in person at the bar only. They are non-transferable and non-refundable. Vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Right to refuse service

The Bohemian Bar reserves the right to refuse service or entry to any person at its discretion, in accordance with applicable Irish licensing law. This includes, but is not limited to, persons who are intoxicated, disruptive, or in breach of our house rules.

7. Dog-friendly policy

Dogs are welcome in the beer garden only. They are not permitted inside the pub. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times. Owners are responsible for their dogs’ behaviour and any damage caused.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, The Bohemian Bar accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from use of this website, reliance on information contained herein, or attendance at any event.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
